Pre-Mentorship Program (NLH Cash Game)
The pre-mentorship program is an introductory period that serves as a prerequisite for entering the mentorship phase and long-term collaboration.
During this time, we get to know each other, assess compatibility, and gather references and results. At the same time, the program is focused on your progress — with a clear structure, direction, and concrete development steps.
The program runs for approximately three months.
During this time, the candidate develops their game through a structured poker course and completes one individual coaching session per month.
We stay in regular contact through weekly session logs, which allow us to track progress and guide development.
- At the end of the period, a joint meeting takes place where we:
- we assess progress and results,
- we assess compatibility,
- assess whether the conditions for long-term mentorship collaboration have been met.
- If the candidate has not yet reached the required benchmarks but compatibility is good, they have two options:
- continuing with an additional package (7 coaching hours), or
- reapplying once the required benchmarks have been met.
