Within the project, we build the conditions that allow individuals to grow — through mentorship and the transfer of our experience, technical knowledge, and strategic understanding. How does the entry into mentorship work?
Entry into long-term mentorship happens gradually. It typically begins with the pre-mentorship package or a coaching package, during which:
- we get to know the player
- we assess their suitability for mentorship
- we evaluate their work ethic, mindset, and goals
- at the same time, the candidate gets to know us and decides whether they want to pursue this path
This is a two-way process.
Is the community open or closed?
The community has two parts: open and closed. The first is for all poker enthusiasts who want to progress on their journey. The second is for those with more serious, professional ambitions (closed Discord channels).
Do you offer financial support or investment?
Yes, in certain cases there is the possibility of a financial investment (staking arrangement) within the mentorship period. This is available only to players who meet clearly defined criteria and have established a foundation of trust.
Who are the mentors and coaches?
The team consists of Slovenian poker players with experience across various limits, from low to high stakes. Each member has a defined role — from strategy, analysis, and statistics to mental coaching and player support.
Will there also be in-person sessions?
Yes. One of the great advantages of the project is the opportunity for in-person meetings, grind house programmes, charity events, and other gatherings.
What is the pre-mentorship package?
The pre-mentorship package is the entry point. It’s designed for us to get to know each other, build trust, and assess whether the collaboration makes long-term sense — for both the player and the mentorship team. It is intended for professional online poker players and those who aspire to a professional path.
What does the consultation hour include and what doesn't it cover?
What it includes:
- A review and optimisation of your poker structure and learning process.
- Guidance on choosing learning methods, study partners, and the right study group.
- Direction on bankroll management and rakeback usage.
- Help with setting clear goals.
- Advice on better time and process organisation.
What the consultation hour does not include:
- It does not include 1:1 coaching on specific poker strategies.
- It does not cover concrete guidance on developing emotional maturity.

For anyone who wants to develop their Texas Hold’em game and overall performance comprehensively. This package is also designed for candidates who have not yet entered the mentorship programme through the pre-mentorship package — giving them the opportunity to continue working with a potential future mentor.
What is rakeback (RB)?
Rakeback (RB) is the portion of the rake (the fee charged for playing) that the casino or platform returns to the player as a reward for their loyalty.
